The condo is part of a building with 10 floors. On each floor leads to  2 apartments. The building has an elevator, whose technology has been completely renovated and updatet 2015. The airy corner condo is on the 7th floor of the building. Every apartment has one parking space.


The building was at the time, unlike today's new buildings and skyscrapers built very massively. The walls are made of solid rock and not made from plasterboard.
